Office Support Assistant (full-time)

Preferred skills and abilities:

  • Have experience in administrative support
  • Demonstrated skills in office procedures such as client records, invoicing and scanning
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as team member
  • Have excellent multi-tasking capabilities; able to handle a very busy office environment
  • Effective communication skills with various staff members

Considered an asset:

  • Previous experience in billings, bookkeeping and/or receivable
  • Previous experience working within a pressured, high volume role
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment

Hours of work:  Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.  Some flexibility in hours will be required to meet business needs.

Language Requirements:  Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English.
